INFORMATION FOR TENANTS

RENT- payable in April upon receipt of invoice
SITE INSPECTIONS- The committe inspect plots throughout the growing season. This is to make sure all tenants are working their plots in line with the constitution. Letters are sent to anyone who the committe feels is neglecting their plot.
CAR PARKING- all cars should be parked in the car park near the club house or beyond the corner on Welbeck Road. This allows easy access to the site and all plots. Please only use the roadways for unloading.
FOOTPATHS- belong to the plots and should be maintained by the plot holder. The footpath from the clubhouse, by the wildlife pond and canal, joining up to the roadway is the only one which can be used by all members.
AGM and BARBECUE- usually on the first Saturday in September.
COMMUNITY POLYTUNNEL- 12 plots offered to tenants as they become free, at additional rent. If you are interested, please contact the secretary.
ASSOCIATION WHEELBARROW- kept by the shed. Please replace after use.
COMMUNITY ORCHARDS- by the club house and at the top of the site near the old Derby canal.
WILDLIFE POND- please respect all the wildlife that uses our pond.
BONFIRES- allowed on site between 1st November and 31st March. Please consider our neighbours and don't light fires if the smoke will blow towards their houses.
COMMITTEE- an important job available to all WRAA members. Please consider joining the committee to help the association run smoothly.
